Established in 2026, our Namibian office brings the experience and technical expertise of the German Densys / SINNVEST Group directly to the local market. With more than 20 years of international experience, the group has worked across solar project development, engineering consulting, system operations, and global solar component distribution.
The group’s roots date back to 2000 with the founding of Densys pv5 GmbH in Germany. Over the past two decades, the business expanded across utility-scale solar distribution, project development, and the management of its own commercial solar portfolio.
Today, supported by the engineering expertise of Densys Solutions GmbH, we combine German quality standards with practical solutions designed for Namibia’s energy market - delivering reliable, long-term solar infrastructure for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and utility-scale projects.
Foundation of the Group
The journey began with the founding of Densys pv5 GmbH in Germany, establishing the group’s foundation in photovoltaic wholesale.
Development & Operation of PV Systems
The group started developing and operating its own portfolio of photovoltaic systems, gaining extensive experience in the technical and commercial management of solar plants.
Founding of Densys Solutions GmbH
Densys Solutions GmbH founded to strengthen customer support and expand services for wholesale partners, alongside the development of large-scale rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic projects.
Relocation to Karlstein & Operational Growth
The company relocated to Karlstein, expanding its operational capacity to over 60 employees and nearly 8,000 m² of warehouse space to support continued growth.
Launch of pv MAX & Benelux Expansion
The founding of pv MAX marked the group’s expansion into the Benelux region, strengthening its wholesale activities and regional market presence.
Continued Growth of Densys Group
Densys Group expanded to approximately 80 employees across wholesale, project development and implementation, as well as quality assurance and administration.
Expansion to Namibia
